This exhibition presents the collections of international fashion journalist, Nao Oishi. She is a legendary fashion editor based in the U.S. Influenced by her former teacher, Diana Vreeland's words, "fashion is living art as well as culture," she has collected valuable costumes and accessories for decades. Centering around Edwardian hats created around 1900 to 1914, this exhibition showcases around 60 hats in various styles from the 18th century, such as felt hats with graceful ribbons and flower motifs, and bonnets made of straw.
