Kiichiro Masumura
After studying lacquer art at the graduate level at Tokyo University of the Arts in 1969, Kiichiro Masumura has been involved in creating, researching as well as teaching this art form to the next generation at the university's lacquer laboratory.
This exhibition features 45 selected works that were previously shown at solo and group exhibitions, and in particular the Japan Traditional Lacquer Art Exhibition and Japan Traditional Crafts Exhibition.
