Koki Tanaka was born in 1975 and graduated from the graduate program at the Tokyo University of the Arts in 2005. He has previously created paintings as part of his installations, but this exhibition solely features ten of his paintings. This fall, he will participate in the Gwangju Biennale and the Busan Biennale Platform 2008 in Seoul.
