Skip City Sai-no-Kuni Visual Plaza has 18 rental office spaces with the goal of producing top creators, providing various types of support with new creators to start their business. United Cinema is a multiplex chain with 4 cinemas in Saitama Prefecture and has performed a new type of theater management with emphasis on audience's point of view. In this event, representatives from Skip City and United Cinema will discuss from many different angles about film production put together based on needs of audience. The event will also introduce "Cinema Plot Competition", held by United Cinema since 2006, seeking possibilities for future collaboration between Skip City and United Cinema. What is necessary to attract 100,000 viewers in Saitama to a film created by a Skip City-approved young filmmaker? What sorts of films does audience crave for? This is the event targeted to creators, film industry people who strive for development of new business, and people from the local government.
