Miki Kobayashi
Saturated with subdued color and a visual playfulness, Kobayashi's pictorial world exudes a subtle charm and a sense of warmth. Satirical characters with a sort of hidden wickedness appear on her canvas filled with a sense of nostalgia, as if to project the very mind of the artist who tries to survive in contemporary society. Approximately 10 oil paintings in various sizes will be on view.
