While Outsider Art often associated with artists such as Henry Darger, Adolf Wolfli, and Aloise is gaining attention internationally, there haven't been so many exhibitions introducing Japanese outsider artists until today.
Coinciding with the exhibition "The Encounter Between the East and West: Collection de l'Art Brut and Japanese Outsider Art" held at Shiodome Museum until July 20th, Uplink Factory presents five documentary works featuring 16 outsider artists, as well as talk events inviting special guests from various genres.
