In recent years, seismic damage and bogus claims of earthquake resistance have become hot topics of discussion. However, the only thing people really know about is the formula "earthquake resistance = strength against earthquakes". This talk event is being held with the aim of seeking ways to foster the development of high-quality earthquake-resistant architecture.
