"Japanese and Italian Culture Law" Talk Event

The aim of this meeting, which takes place on November 5th at 10:00 in the Umberto Agnelli Hall at the Italian Institute of Culture in Tokyo, will be presided over by Professor Pietro Rescigno, a member of Accademia dei Lincei and Professor Emeritus of Civil Law, who will delve into specific aspects of Italian and Japanese culture law through a comparative perspective.
Among the several topics that will be examined, a special attention will be given to art reproduction, resale rights, cinema and television production and animation movie issues.
With simultaneous Italian-Japanese interpretation.
The lecturers will be Mrs Antonella Anselmo, specialist in Heritage Law, Professor Giuliano Lemme, associate of Economic Law, University of Modena e Reggio Emilia, Ms. Hiromi Furushima, specialist in Media Law, Professor Lorenzo Gallo, artist and Visiting Professor of La Sapienza University in Rome, Professor Mario Franzosi, visiting professor at the University of Washington DC and Honorem Chairman of the “Giurì del design”, Milan, Professor Annalisa Maccari, from the University of Siena, Professors Junji Tsuchiya and Masayoshi Sakai of Waseda University.
