Artists

Yoshikazu Hisatomi
Yoshikazu Hisatomi creates his work on the theme of "people who don't loose their hopes even under difficult circumstances". "Once you take a glance at newspapers, it becomes apparent how dark our times are," says the artist, "I want my work to make viewers feel something new starting from that point. My biggest motivation for creation has been always the desire to 'change something'. I want to change myself. I want to change people who I'm involved with. I want to change these dark times." Being driven by such thoughts, Hisatomi continues to pursue his creative path in the corner of Tokyo.
