While toying with symbols that have been made into objects, and various compositions made out of such objects, Ishii's installations induce a sense of deja vu, recalling a more child-like worldview from the viewer's past.
The spaces of the installations encourage various associations, while the surrounding space makes the viewer feel enveloped. The installation in this exhibition is on the theme of gardens.
