This exhibition is composed of two series of new works. Shoshu is known for his custom-made Japanese inks (sumi) that he continues to develop and evolve. The "spirit of Sumi" lives in his works executed on Chinese paper. Another series is based on Shoshu's love for rock, blues and jazz music, taking its inspiration from Eric Clapton (Cream), Jimi Hendrix, King Crimson, Pink Floyd, Keith Jarrett and Miles Davis.
