This artist is known for his works depicting delicate and stylish women dressed in the traditional Japanese style with a modern twist. The title of this solo exhibition is derived from the following Japanese characters: "ai = beautiful woman," "ko = as if scented," "dai = enjoyment," "mei = as if echoing," "den = place of residence." The 2.5 signifies that new works will be on display in addition to those exhibited at his solo exhibition held in June-July 2007 at the Hanae Mori Open Gallery.
