Known for his vigorously individual style, Maurice de Vlaminck (1876-1958) was a prominent French Fauvist, along with Matisse and Derain. This exhibition commemorates 50 years since his passing, and features over 70 pieces spanning his entire career, divided into sections entitled "Works from his Fauvist period," "Works in Cezanne's style," post-WWI, "Dynamic Landscapes" and so on.
