"Art Camp" Event

ARCUS Studio
Finished
Art Camp Part 2!

This time, the theme is "Art and Money."
In the midst of a so-called "art bubble," several art fairs were held this spring, resulting in large sales. For artists, selling is always good.
However, the situation involves sales made as investments and issues surrounding the fast-moving market, and it is not as good as it may seem. This overnight event invites you to discuss the various relationships between art and money, by covering a wide range of topics such as the functions of art fairs, what it means to have an exhibition, forms of art that are not so marketable, corporate patronage and sponsorship and so on. Art collector Eiichiro Fukase will be invited as a guest lecturer and share his viewpoints on collecting art.

Please check out the website for reservation. Due date: June 20th (Fri).
