For this annual "Japan Sugar Art Competition", sugar art lovers of all sorts have developed their unique ideas and devoted themselves to their creative process.
Approximately 100 works, including a wedding cake and celebration cake all made out of sugar, will be on display. Hard-to-find materials, utensils and books will be on sale also.
