"Decotora" refers to flamboyantly decorated tractor-trailers in Japan. Such trucks became widely known through a series of trucker movies in the 1970s, and today the complex decorations can resemble something from a futuristic anime such as Gundam. Beginning in 1998, the young photographer Masaru Tatsuki has spent 10 years meeting truckers and photographing their painstakingly decorated rigs. This exhibition presents some of these photographs.
