Yoshi Awazu
Yoshi Awazu is a leading graphic designer who produces theater posters and book bindings as well as working in the fields of film, art, literature and architecture. His posters and prints fuse unique characters and patterns, fingerprint-like clutches of lines in vivid colors, works that are then disseminated through various media. This exhibition features the "Negative Positive" series of illustrations that have been turned into prints, as well as around 20 woodblock print works from the "Hanafuda So" series.
