In an effort to promote art, Utsunomiya City annually exhibits works by citizens in open-call format at Utsunomiya City Cultural Hall as part of a civic festival. Commemorating the 30th anniversary of the event, the exhibition will be held at Utsunomiya Museum of Art this year. Also being awarded for the first time is the 30th Anniversary Art Nouveau Prize.
First Half: Nihonga, calligraphy and crafts, June 7th (Sun)-21st (Sun)
Second Half: Yoga, prints, photographs and sculptures, June 28th (Sun)-July 12th (Sun)
