This is a collaborative exhibition between Serbian and Japanese artists organized by Sanja Kojic Mladenov and Svetlana Mladenov, curators at the Vojvodina Museum of Contemporary Art in Novi Sad, Serbia. Although it is difficult to identify classic movements and tendencies in the art scene that are regarded as important, this exhibition is being held in an attempt to gauge the contemporary pulse of this thriving community, located in an area with a complicated political context. On display are mainly video works and photography.
