A wide array of musical devices produced by Yoshihide Otomo, Atsuhiro Ito, Tetsuya Umeda, Sachiko M, Kanta Horio, Yuko Mouri and Fuyuki Yamakawa on a huge rooftop playground of the former Rensei Junior High School play ensembles blended with various urban sounds. Constantly exposed to rain, wind and sunlight, these frequently-updated devices transform our daily soundscape into something entirely different, providing us with an opportunity to realize how the act of listening is closely related to an environment around it and perceived in a complex manner. Live shows will be held during the duration of the exhibition also.
