CASHI
Finished

Artists

Kazuki Umezawa, Shinpei Sasada, Tsubasa Takahashi, Toshiaki Hikosaka
Since opening in June last year, CASHI (meaning "Fahrenheit" in Japanese) has introduced young emerging artists in a commercial gallery setting. Celebrating its 1st anniversary, the gallery is holding "100 degrees Fahrenheit vol.1", a sequel to their opening show "100 degrees Fahrenheit vol.0".

It is said that our average temperature is 98.6 degrees Fahrenheit and that treatment is required when it goes over 100. Thus 100 degrees Fahrenheit is the temperature that can cause some kind of physical damage to the human body.

What is the temperature of a new era? Is it boiling hot or freezing cold? Four young artists express on their canvases their respective answers to these questions.
