Jingumae 1-chome, Shibuya. Accessible from the Meiji-Jingumae, Harajuku, Omotesando, and Kitasando stations. In spring 2009, a large facility that holds commercial and office spaces as well as a police station and holding cell will be completed. The 20,000 square-meter holding cell can accommodate 300 people. Asa Kino documented this site from the beginning of its construction in May 2006.
