"From Turner to the Impressionists: Nature in the Light" Exhibition

19th century English master painter Turner is known as the alchemist of light. His pictorial expression was a precusor of the later French Barbizonian school and the Impressionists. On view are beautiful landscapes and people in them exuding happiness as captured by masters such as Constable, Everett Millais, Pisarro and Gaugin.
