"Ginza Zoo" Exhibition

Ricoh Imaging Square Ginza 8F, A.W.P Gallery zone
Finished

Artists

Takayuki Maekawa
This exhibition by animal photographer Takayuki Maekawa attempts to recreate a zoo through almost-lifesized photographs right in the heart of Ginza 4-chome. On display are 50 works that capture moments in the lives of these animals, the scars on their faces and texture of their skin and fur - all of which are difficult to get a glimpse of even in a real zoo. This is a rare opportunity to get up and close with "real" animals - perfect for kids on holiday, too.

Designers from the Ricoh Design Center have produced the layout and spatial design, posters, flyers and three types of postcards for this exhibition.
