Textiles are the primary material used in the fashion industry. This exhibition looks at the process of textile design, introducing audiences to textile materials which were sources of inspiration for leading designers like Kanako Kajihara, Reiko Sudo, Akira Minakawa, Makiko Minakawa and Eiji Miyamoto. Also, rare items that have been preserved for archiving purposes and processes relating to textile design are presented in the form of an installation and slide presentation.
