Artists

Shigeru Mizuki
Shigeru Mizuki, renowned for his manga illustrations of "yokai" or monsters, rearticulates the world depicted by ukiyo-e master Utagawa Hiroshige in "53 Stations of the Tokaido" by introducing locally famous monsters. The meticulous drawings show an alternative "original Japanese landscape". The exhibition will be accompanied by a myriad of events and stalls selling goods and prints. Don't miss out on the special yokai menu too!
