Urban planning is a means of raising the market value of specific areas of the city, but so are art and culture. This exhibition will construct a temporary skate park in the gallery space (paid entry) in an attempt to reconsider the meaning of "street culture", as well as an installation in the form of a project that will question the role of art in the city.
