This event has ended.

This exhibition is the second part of the neoneo series that focuses on the young generation of artists born in the mid 70s and who are about 10 years younger than the celebrated "Neoteny" generation. This exhibition will focus on women artists who, in comparison to their male counterparts that presented what could be termed "shoshokukei" or "herbivorous" traits with their gentle works, tend to deal with larger scales of infinite space and a global world. The difference is momentum is palpable. Perhaps this emergence of "energetic girls" is a historical necessity. They could not wait for someone else to open the heavenly rocks that locked them up, so instead they opened them up themselves.
