Taking over where the Sony World Photography Awards 2008 left off, this annual traveling exhibition features award-winning photography works selected at Cannes this year. This year's exhibition sites in Tokyo are Gallery 21 and Sony Building Communication Zone OPUS.
The theme is "connecting the world through photography," with photographers from all corners of the globe understanding the earth as a single horizon. Through parallel movements in their respective countries, a contemporary overview of the entire world emerges.
