"Miyori Hayashi Project" Exhibition

The Artcomplex Center of Tokyo
Finished
Miyori Hayashi (1933-2000) was an artist based in Bizen, Japan. After she passed away, the studio White Noise was turned into a private institution called the White Noise Miyori Hayashi Museum. A wide array of items, including her work and documents exhibited at the museum, were finally put together and will be introduced to the public in book form. This exhibition reveals the editing process of this unfinished book and provides viewers with fragments from the life of an artist who championed "white noise" and other phenomena such as light and sound in her work, elements that appeal to our visual and tactile senses.
