Yu Ebihara + Masayuki Harada "Pi and Highest Common Factor"

Otto Mainzheim Gallery
Finished

Artists

Yu Ebihara, Masayuki Harada
Yu Ebihara is a promising artist who won the encouragement prize at the 12th Japan Media Arts Festival. Masayuki Harada gained much attention with his installation work using over 100 electric fans presented at his graduation exhibition in January. This is his first off-campus show.

The exhibition title "Pi and Highest Common Factor" hopes to subsume works by these two artists and their qualities with mathematical terms. Is there a place for us to share our individual memories, or will such memories be passed down in perpetuity to future generations? Such are the questions posed to viewers of these works.
