Noriyuki Haraguchi "Society and Matter"

BankArt Studio NYK
Finished

Artists

Noriyuki Haraguchi
Noriyuki Haraguchi has pursued his own unique path within the Japanese art world. One of his representative works entitled "Oil Pool" was his debut piece which transcended the framework of the post-Monoha movement. Since then, he has created countless works in an attempt to concretize the term "society" as found in the material world.

This time, Haraguchi challenges the whole area of BankART Studio NYK. How will the robust warehouse space and his oeuvre created in the past 30 years react to each other? This is his first large-scale exhibition in Japan.
