The International Picture Book Illustration Exhibition held in Bologna, Italy is the world's largest fair of its kind. This year saw submissions from 2714 illustrators from 61 countries, and 81 artists from 20 countries - out of which 18 Japanese illustrators - were selected for inclusion. On display at this exhibition are the selected works, as well as a special section showcasing the work of Italian picture book author Roberto Innocenti.
