Gunma's established artist Tadayoshi Matsumoto passed away last October. Highlighting his early years from the 1930s through the 60s, this exhibition showcases Matsumoto's paintings along with works by his peer artists.

Concurrently on view: Takasaki-based photographer Yasunobu Tabei's railway photographs & masterpieces from the museum collection.
