Known as D-Laboratory (D-lab), Computer Generated Image Workshop (CGIWS) is one of the classes offered at Tama Art University's Department of Interaction Design Interactive Art Course. The focus of D-lab is the research of animation and visual expressions through the active use of applications such as After Effects and Final Cut. Alongside their research, the class also aims to explore digital-heavy modes of expression which can be applied to the creation of illustration, digital comics and installation work.
This exhibition is the culmination of the research at CGIWS, showcasing works by a total of 28 students.
