"No Future," No Future is an exhibition by three promising young artists: Hikaru Suzuki, Yuta Hayakawa and Ryuichi Haga.

Suzuki produces mostly video work that incorporates images captured and edited through the lens of the artist's own unique viewpoint. The videos are full of humor, while also exuding something of an enigmatic atmosphere. Viewers find themselves becoming unwittingly absorbed in what unfolds onscreen, gradually becoming aware of the painstakingly considered composition that has gone into each work.

Hayakawa and Haga create mainly sculptural works. Haga's works all share a certain sense of movement and dynamism in common. They often feature rotating objects such as propellers, repetitively performing the same destructive operation of scattering small doses of viscosity all over the place.

All of Hayakawa's works seem to pursue the same sense of detail and subtlety. He takes invisible forces that often go unnoticed - gravity, or surface tension - reconfigures them with a finely-tuned sensibility, and transforms them into works of art. His works, composed from "primitive" elements and materials like water droplets, rotations and descents, exude a sense of tranquility that contrasts with Haga's work.
