This exhibition is a homage to Majoli's Magnum Photo mentor Philippe Halsman's (1906-1979) work, "Jump." By capturing famous people from various fields in the act of jumping, Halsman attempted to see through to the "real" person hidden behind the fame and reputation: "When you jump, you have to concentrate on the act of jumping. That's when the mask that covers you falls off."
At "One Jump", viewers will be able to discover an unexpected side to movie stars at the Cannes Film Festival, ex-US vice president Al Gore, actress Monica Bellucci, film director Beat Takeshi and more.
