Gallery Box is proud to present works by artist Kyotaro, who is active in various fields including drawing, painting, manga and animation. Although her inspiration comes from fairy tales, the almost excessive concentration of lines produces images that are cute and grotesque at the same time. Her works are now moving beyond the boundaries of manga and illustration, seeking to build a new relationship between stories and images.
