Yoshiou Sakagishi
In 2000, Sakagishi switched his medium from plaster to porcelain. Then in 2005, he started practicing with two colors, white and cobalt blue. This year, he is again taking a new approach, applying a dropper to accumulate droplets of porcelain in the form of tightly piled bricks. Another attempt is the use of deep green, which adds a new sense of presence to his work.
