Tokyo Wonder Site (TWS) has been focusing on supporting emerging artists through "Tokyo Wonder Wall" (TWW), a public art competition held since 2000, as well as other support programs. TWS-Emerging is one of the programs that help to organize a solo exhibition for TWW awardees to further develop their presentational skills. Chosen from among last year's TWW awardees, TWS is introducing 19 artists from June till March 2010.

On view at this 1st installment this year are 3 solo exhibitions: "Kyorisarai" by Sayumi Fukushima, "Blinking City and a Catfish Swallowing It" by Norie Sakamoto and "Anima" by Natsumi Suwa.
