Tomoaki Makino
First photo show at B Gallery by Tomoaki Makino, who won the Fuji Photo Salon Newcomer's Prize in 2002 and later produced a collection of photos of middle-aged Japanese women entitled Tokyo Soap Opera in 2005. This exhibition features a series of work along the same lines: portraits of middle-aged women taken in New York, along with several video works.
