Hibino Hospital is a workshop organized by Katsuhiko Hibino, an artist who collaborates with local communities to develop activities and programs that propose new functions for art in society. The 2nd installment of Hibino Hospital for this year will be held in Moriya, where the well-known artist-in-residence Arcus Project is based.
