Pier Paolo Pasolini
A unique movie by the genius of the Italian cultural world, Pier Pasolini, produced in 1968. One day a handsome young man appears out of the blue at a house in a high-class residential area of the northern Italian industrial city of Milan and gradually destroys the tranquility of the family that lives there. The young man's sexual attraction and religious inscrutability captivates and challenges all of the family members before finally leading them to destruction. Critical of both society and the times, the story develops in an allegorical fashion, demonstrating Pasonlini's unique approach to reality.
