Yoko Kamoi was a former journalist who left the profession in the 1950s to open a shop selling undergarments and CoCo tunics. She was responsible for introducing knitted underwear and hosiery to Japanese women, creating colorful nylon designs and staging undergarment exhibitions. This exhibition traces her work as well as the network of acquaintances and associates that helped to provoke this revolution.
