"A Portrait of Contemporary French Film" Exhibition

National Film Archive of Japan
Finished
Although French films are perhaps second only to American movies in terms of their familiarity with Japanese audiences, the number of films that have been distributed in Japan represent only a small fraction of the total.

This series of screenings features a total of 54 works (9 short films and 45 feature-length movies) that offer audiences a portrait of contemporary French film.
