Tokyo Midtown Design Touch is a design event that started in 2007 with the aim of promoting the "enjoyment of design through the five senses".

This year's 4th Tokyo Midtown Design Touch features a jam-packed lineup of free events that give visitors a "feel of the future".

Showcased at the main exhibition are cutting-edge design products from the Future Lab of Ars Electronica,a research institute affiliated with the world's leading experimental media arts festival held in Linz, Austria that explores the intersections between art, media and technology.

Design Touch Conference

Speakers at this year's conference include Katsunori Aoki, Kazufumi Nagai, Kei Matsushita and other top creators in various fields who have been invited to share the philosophies, ideas and secrets behind their work through lectures and workshops, giving audiences a fresh perspective on the products that surround them.

Tokyo Midtown Award 2010

Venue: Metro Avenue, Plaza B1F
On display are award-winning products from the 3rd installment of a competition that supports young designers. Your vote could decide the winner of the Audience Award.
