Rinpa Eshidan is a multidisciplinary group of artists who work with painting, pottery and video. For this event, they will use their signature "motion painting" style to cover an entire Mini car in their riotous colors and patterns, which will be on display for the duration of this exhibition, until November 28th.
A huge turntable will appear in Mini Ginza's outdoor space, on which Rinpa Eshidan will execute their live painting performance. The performance will be filmed by multiple cameras and released in video form at a later date.
