Koichi Nishiyama
New works by Koichi Nishiyama, following his previous exhibition "Nowhere" held in June this year. While his new series continues along the lines of the theme for his previous exhibition, Nishiyama's focus this time is on landscapes that evoke paradoxical feelings of intimacy and uneasiness, located in an urban neighborhood not far from where he lives. These photos seek a certain kind of alignment with the external world, while also paying attention to the complex textures created by encounters between artificiality and nature.
