"Art Hunting" Guided Tour

Organized by CivicArt, this is a guided gallery tour of the Ginza and Nihonbashi districts that kicks off at Shiseido Gallery, where visitors can take in the Shiseido Art Egg exhibition, a showcase of work by young emerging artist Goro Murayama.
The tour will then move on to Ginza's oldest contemporary art gallery, Tokyo Gallery + BTAP, which also has a branch in Beijing.
Moving on to Nihonbashi, we will visit Nishimura Gallery, currently hosting a solo show by sculptor Katsura Funakoshi, and then Galerie Sho Contemporary Art, where visitors can view work by its roster of Pop artists including Warhol and Basquiat.
Next up is Nichido Contemporary Art, currently holding an exhibition of works from its collection. Finally, we visit Takuro Someya Contemporary Art and Megumi Ogita Gallery in Shintomicho, both of whom have just moved into the area. The tour will end with a reception in the company of Someya-san from Takuro Someya Contemporary Art.
