Since ancient times, flowers have been used as symbols of the changing seasons in Japan, appearing together with ceramics and kimono dress as a form of personal adornment. On display are around 80 crafts made from ceramic, glass, lacquer, gold, wood, bamboo and dyed fabrics inspired by flowers that are drawn from the crafts collection of The National Museum of Modern Art.

Gallery talks by curators also scheduled. See website for more details.
